DIY: Hand Sanitizer With Aloe Vera Plant

Hello beautiful people! As we face this public health crisis, Coronavirus, it is getting harder and harder to find essential products, like for example toilet paper & hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer is necessary around these times, along with washing our hands, so that we can remain healthy.

So, can't find hand sanitizer anywhere?! Good news, it is so easy to make your own, whether you use an aloe vera plant or 100% aloe vera gel bought from the store. You'll also need 91% or above Isopropyl Alcohol, and an essential oil of your choice.

The process is easy, quick, and very effective. Aloe Vera is moisturizing and combats the dryness that alcohol can cause.

Important: Your sanitizer mix must be at least 60% alcohol to be effective. But it's better to aim for a minimum of 75%.

MAKE SURE YOUR TOOLS, WORKING AREA & HANDS are properly sanitized to avoid contamination.

Note:

A hand sanitizer is for when there is no faucet/water and soap available. Always wash your hands and use hand sanitizer as a backup.
